As a result of the new Statutes, the officers responsible for managing the Faculty are:
- The Dean
- The Secretary
- The Vice-dean
- The heads of degree programmes
Appointed by the rector of the University at the proposal of the Faculty Board, the dean represents and manages the Faculty with the assistance of the management team. All the dean's duties are stipulated in Article 75.
The vice-dean has the duties entrusted to him/her by the dean. Should the dean be absent or incapacitated, the vice dean will temporarily assume the duties of the dean.
The secretary is in charge of drafting and keeping all the minutes of the Faculty Board, and issuing certificates of the agreements adopted and of the certificates required for administrative purposes.
Under the supervision of the dean of the faculty where the programme is taught, the head of a degree programme is responsible for academic programming, coordinating the human and material resources required to teach one or more related courses, monitoring quality, improving degree curricula, and making proposals.
The vice dean, the secretary and the heads of degree programmes are appointed by the rector at the proposal of the dean and must be members of the permanent, full-time teaching staff assigned to the centre.
